On the last day of camp parents will attend the End of Camp Assembly.  During that assembly, we have 30 minutes to put our best foot forward and leave parents feeling GREAT about their child having attended camp.  There are three videos that will be played during the assembly– the rap battle, the end of camp video, and the Brody and Skyler Video. The videos will take up 10 of your 30 minutes.  As such, they MUST be good!

On Thursday, please meet with the Secretary of Shenanigans and Entertainment Ranger to review their videos and make edits.  Specifically:

Camp Video

• Contains the AIW Camp Intro Clip
• Is one camp-song in length
• Represents all grade levels, and ideally all campers
• Is a collection of short videos (not a still photo slideshow)
• Shows campers working and playing
• Shows staff helping, supporting, and having fun
• Is uploaded to the End of Camp folder on Dropbox
• Is no more than 3:30 minutes

Rap Battle

• Contains an intro slide with the session name and dates
• Is no more than 3 minutes (45 seconds per grade)
• All grade levels are included on the same video (not separate videos for each grade)
• Is high-energy and fun!
