Managing your Payroll Responsibilities

A part of your responsibility as a Site Administrator is to ensure YOU and YOUR entire staff has completed their onboarding. For staff who did not attend training, some of their onboarding will have to be completed with your help on the first or second day of camp. 

The Friday before camp you will receive a summary of your staff’s onboarding progress. Please use this information to help HR nudge your team over the finish line! 

A completely onboarded employee has completed the following steps:

  1. Accepted their Offer on the Employee Homepage
  2. Submitted their background check code (found on the employee homepage) to Coeus Global
  3. Completed their Onboarding Checklists in Paycom
  4. Completed page 1 of their I-9 in Paycom
  5. Supplied proper I-9 documentation so that you can complete page 2 of their I-9 in Paycom
